The canned peppers in oil are handmade using fresh vegetables from our area, Priverno. The taste and traditional character comes from our local raw materials, Red peppers and white wine vinegar, we remove the inside seeds and core.
At our canning factory, the small stuffed peppers are cleaned out and then stuffed with excellent tuna, capers, bread crumbs and gently put in glass jars by hand.
The jars are filled with sunflower oil packed , steamed, vacuum-packed and pasteurized to guarantee a perfect preservation for a safe use.
Our Canned peppers in strips are best to spice up green salads ,rice salads, cold dishes ,but best for all as appetizers and stuffing for sandwiches and focacce (white pizza bread)
Our production of roasted peppers (Handmade) are grilled on hot plates, cleaned, skinned, shredded and stowed in delicate sunflowers oil.
The roasted peppers are a very good product completely natural and with its aroma and fragrance makes it one of the kind.
