Production of Vegetable Patè and Cream Spreads

For this Handmade production of vegetable cream we use only high quality and selected products.
Ingredients are mixed and grounded with sunflower oil and high quality extra virgin olive oil. In the end the product is pasteurized.
Once the jar is open you can smell the fresh vegetable texture velvety and soft.
It can be spread on toast points, create appetizers, or spread on tarts. It can be used also as a dressing, seasoning or sauce.
