Our handmade vegetable mix is a result of our antic rural culture. Our tradition is to use simple and humble vegetables for a delicate taste.
For the production we boil the vegetables for a short time in Flavored wine vinegar.
There are many vegetables (carrots, turnips ,celery, fennell, cauliflower, small onions, peppers, olives, mushrooms, artichokes, peas, capper) due to the unique organoleptic properties of our area, makes our canned mixed vegetable in wine vinegar a simple product and gives us a great pleasure.
The top choice vegetable we use for our production , are rich in fiber, very easy to digest ,low in calories and for a healthy diet.
These canned goods have a numerous variety of vegetables. They are best with raw plates, like rise/pasta salad, or appetizers.
